Code of Conduct

The SE Women Collective is a safe and confidential place for women in business, working or living in South-East London. By joining, all Members agree to adhere to these guidelines to maintain a respectful, supportive, and thriving space for all:

  1. RESPECT AND KINDNESS. All interactions within the Collective must be kind, respectful and professional. Ensure all Members feel welcome by promoting inclusivity and diversity. The Collective has zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or unethical behaviour. Such actions may result in removal from the Collective and associated groups.

  2. COLLABORATION OVER COMPETITION. Healthy competition can coexist with mutual support. Use the presence of competitors to inspire growth and innovation. Any behaviour that undermines or disparages others, including competitors in the community, is not tolerated.

  3. PROFESSIONALISM AND INTEGRITY. Members must conduct themselves with honesty and integrity in all interactions within the Collective. Do not use the community for unsolicited sales pitches or spam.

  4. CONFIDENTIALITY. Respect the confidentiality of shared ideas, challenges, and personal stories. What is shared in the Collective stays in the Collective.

As the SE Women Collective grows, understand that processes and policies may evolve. Be patient and open to feedback as we shape this community collaboratively. By upholding this Code of Conduct, we ensure the Collective remains a positive, empowering, and supportive space for all Members.
